Make sure not to confuse similar characters such as O and 0, as well as I and 1.
Did you try to reboot the modem?
If it is a new installation, did you wait 15 minutes before try to connect to the modem?
If nothing help, try to reset it
Locate the reset button at the back of the Wi-Fi modem and using a small, sharp object, press it for 10 seconds.
Once your modem has restarted, wait 15 minutes and follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it.
If after all of this you still have a problem, contact the support

i needed the 2.4 to connect a bluetooth device. I followed the instruction, problem solved :)
