I'M fairly new here, so please forgive my asking the following question (that you've probably answered ALOT of times by now)

Just wondering when I can expect to see my $35 referral credit I was given when I joined FIZZ?

I started my plan on DEC.17/24 & was charged the same day (for services until JAN.16/25), than charged again on JAN.17/25 (for services until FEB.16/25).

I've seen a few different responses, but they seem to leave me with more questions than answers! For instance, I just read that the credit will be deposited a few days after month 2. So is it MONTH 2 right after 2nd pymt is charged, or right after day 60 is reached?

No offense FIZZ,but you're 0 for 2 in terms of issuing credits in a timely fashion and both times required my having to get help from support to have you guys actually honor those credits.

I had a pretty unpleasant experience trying to switch my cell service over in JUNE 2024, BUT after seeing how smoothly my son was able to port his ph# over last month using a free ESIM, so I decided to give it another try. STILL unsuccessful in porting my active ph# over & finally just went ahead and me

Based on your activation date of December 17, 2024, and your subsequent payments on January 17, 2025, on February 17, 2025, you can expect your $35 referral credit used for the payment on the plan.
