Did you enter the right information ? Did you contact the provider to see if there is some problem with your transfer? (Wrong imei or contract number?

, and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.Usually you need to wait about 24 hours. If not you should contact your provider asking for the SMS.
