When will my refund be processed for cancelled phone order.

I have ordered an iPhone on November 19.
Two months later and order had not shipped. The order status still said tracking number pending. Ok. So I went to the chat support and tried to cancel the order.
Now the order status is cancelled, but I have not actually been refunded five days later.

I do not understand why this is?

And when will I be able to expect my refund? The chat support person just said they will
mark my issue has high priority to the finance team. But I have no direct way to ask the finance team or to have the finance team to contact me.

    Hello thein,
We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your refund for the phone order.

After making the necessary verifications into our tools, we noticed that there is a ticket created for this matter and that, the customer service agents recently updated the technical team asking them for the resolution.
The ticket is created with the highest priority in order to speed the process therefore, rest assured, as soon as they will have an update you will be notified on your email address.
In the meantime, you can verify the ticket status by accessing My Settings- My Tickets from your Fizz account.
    Thank you for understanding .
    Have a wonderful day.
