SIM Card PIN activation
On Fizz web site it says: "Once your SIM card has been activated with a personalized PIN code, you will need to enter your PIN every time you turn on your phone."
What do they mean by "turn on your phone"? Does it mean from power up or just pressing the power button to wake up the phone?

Whenever your device is off and you turn it on, restart your device or remove the SIM card, your SIM card or eSIM will automatically lock and the message "SIM locked" will be displayed in the status bar, you will need to so enter your PIN
