No internet since 4pm

We lost internet access around 4pm today (jan 9) and it still hasn't come back. Support told us it was due to maintenance, but I'd would like to know an approximate of when it is supposed to come back?

    While we don’t have an estimated time for resolution, you can check the "@" light on your modem to monitor connection status:

    -> Flashing "@" light – The modem is reconnecting to the Fizz network.
    -> Steady "@" light – The connection is restored. At that point, please restart your modem to ensure full service.

    Try to disconnect and reconnect modem.

    Already did, unplugged and everything. Support told me it was due to maintenance, I would just like a timeframe of when it's going to come back
