LG TV Fizz app

So far, the LG TV app works except for the live TV guide. Scrolling the channels is painful. It doesn't stay locked on a time slot so when a going down the list, it jumps around time slots and eventually freezes and I have to quit the app for it to work again.

    Hi, would it be possible to uninstall and reinstall it and see if it persists. If so, indicate what the model of your LG is and send the problem directly to support for it to be sent to the appropriate person for correction.

    I had the same problem on my LG TV in my basement. The Fizz TV app requires a minimum of storage space and CPU. so of you have many apps running, you should delete a few and make sure you got enough storage space.

    You could also buy a cheap TV dongle like a Chromecast with Google TV (get the 4K version cause it has better performance in specs). Your Fizz TV app will work much better.

    Hello @Cjmtl ,

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    First and foremost, check if the LG device is compatible ( you need a LG from 2018 with WebOS 4.0 support ) as if it`s not fully compatible you might have issues with it`s functionality.

    Reinstall the app also and even factory reset the TV to check if maybe due to an update it functions a bit slower with the app.

    Be sure that the app is also up to date as shown here :
