eSIM installation issue - QR code direct wrong devices

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my eSIM installation. The QR code from the "Install my eSIM" page redirects me to "Add this plan to connect to a new mobile network." (See the attached screenshot) However, when I click on it, it only shows other devices such as Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Watch, etc., but no phone is available. (See the attached screenshots)

Due to this issue, I am unable to complete the eSIM installation and transfer my number to Fizz. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this at the earliest.

Thank you!

    Hello @annafizz,

Thank you for letting us know about this.

Instead of scanning the QR code, can you please try to install your e-SIM manually using the activation code from the same section?

The steps to install your sim card can be slightly different depending on your device. Here are two examples:

    • Android: Settings > Network and Internet > SIM cards and cellular network
    • Apple: Settings > Cellular network > Add an eSIM

You can find more information on this topic here: Install and activate an eSIM | Fizz

Is that redirected page from Fizz site? Fizz sells phones only for now, no watch, no earbuds, etc. Maybe try from a different browser or Incognito mode.

Hi, take a web browser in private mode (recommend) or clear the browser cache.

If it's still a problem, see with the support.

Your printouts don't work. If only there is no personal information, you can host them on a sharing site and put the links here.
