Referral Bonus Disappeared

Four days ago I got an email telling me it had been unlocked and now it's just…gone. Does this happen if the other person leaves Fizz? Shouldn't that only be the case if it's still pending though? Is this just a temporary glitch?

    I apologize for the situation encounter with the referral code.
    After my verifications I have noticed that there is a display issue on the Referral page and the page is not showing the bonuses you have on your account.
    For this situation I have escalated you a ticket to our technical team to resolve.
    Once they will provide us with an answer we will notify you via email with the response.
    You can follow the ticket progress by going into My settings>My tickets.

    If the person leaves you will have the option grey out, but the line will be there

    Try the usual, delete the cache and/or use the browser in private mode to see if it is the problem

    Your pending bonus disappeared in a case that the previously interested person for the Fizz service changed their mind and cancelled the service before it was time to make second payment or to get the bonus you would expect to receive.

    When that happen to me I still have the line where they say that was cancelled

    There's nothing there. No indication I had even used a referral code.

    It still might happened. I had noticed that information about some comes a bit late lately.

    I would suggest to wait a bit and if there is nothing changed or you don't get any notice to contact the support team.

    It wasn't pending. I made my second payment. It had already been unlocked. They informed me through email. It was in my account.

    I have something similar. I have several plans in my account, but referral page shows only one plan.

    I have 5 accounts, and all the referrals are gone from all of them. Blank noting there the counter is down to 0

    That is a serious case. Contact Fizz support as soon you can.

    At this point I am not even able to connect to my account, it seems a problem with the account (at least for me)

    Edited: I finally was able to connect, and I was my referral 😎
