New phone = New eSIM required?

Hi all, I am currently on Fizz's mobile service with an eSIM but recently purchased a new iPhone for use.

Would I be able to generate a new eSIM to transfer my service, and add this to my new phone? Otherwise, is transferring my existing eSIM possible?

I do not see any eSIM-specific management options available in my account settings.

    Hi @ccc1

Short answer YES you need a new SIM

At the moment Fizz is not offering to change the eSIM to another phone, therefore, you need to buy a physical SIM and follow the procedure

I believe the Fizz as a program to refund your 5$ to buy a SIM, but this must be validated with the support,

Looks like the physical SIMs at Circle K (Ontario) are bumped up to $15 instead of $5

Tried ordering online but can't get past the "Shipping information" step, no error codes

Contact the support, and see if they can refund it since you are need to change from eSIM to SIM
