Internet not working
Hi,
My internet suddenly stopped working.
My wifi is detectable and I can select and connect to wifi but it says no internet connection.
I don’t have all the lights on on my modem either.
this is what it looks like.
I did try unplugging, and factory reset with mo success.
What could be the problem and how do I fix this?

Thank you for letting us know about this.
I have made the necessary verifications in our tools, and I see there is no unavailability declared in your sector, but your modem appears to be offline on our end.
This usually means that your modem is having some power issues, or the connection is not stable.Please make sure the modem is connected directly to an electrical wall outlet, and you are not using an extension cord for the modem's connection.
Also, please check if the coaxial cable is properly screwed at both ends.
