Do I pay for incoming calls if I dont have a "unlimited minutes" plan

Hello, I would like to take a phone plan for calls to only receive calls. If I do not take "unlimited minutes" when creating the plan, will I have to pay fees if I do not have a plan for minutes?

Without unlimited minutes, you will not be able to receive calls. You need to either purchase an add-on or add funds to your Fizz wallet (available in certain provinces).
With the Fizz wallet, you will be charged per minute, rounded up to the next minute for both outgoing and incoming calls.
