Voice Mail - keeps telling me PIN is incorrect

I'm fairly new to Fizz... When I try to access my voice mail to listen to a new message it keeps telling me that my PIN is incorrect - but it isn't. I absolutely have tge correct PIN. I log into my account and _change_ my PIN (to exactly what I know it already is) Get a confirmation that my PIN is changed. Try to open VM again and again it tells me my PIN is incorrect. I have tried rebooting my phone - sometimes that works. Today it doesn't. Is the problem that my Samsung S10e isn't on Fizz's approved list? (It is actually VoltE compliant according to a website that verifies your phone - it's just not on Fizz's officially approved list..) I've changed my PIN twice today and rebooted twice.. it won't accept my PIN.

    It seems a problem with the codec used therefore the DTMF code are not recognized, did you try to keep the tone a bit longer?

    You can disable the PIN for the moment or try with a different phone

    Can you use visual messaging Fizz instead voici mail, just need to disable wifi before using this app because we cannot get messages if it is on

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your voicemail PIN.
    I have verified and noticed that the phone you have it is not on the VoLTE certified list we have here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices the phone can be VoLTE compatible without being certified.
    However that should not cause any issue with accessing your voicemail.
    Please try the sim card into another phone and then try and access the voicemail from it to see if it works.
