Are you using the Fizz modem only or you also have your own router.
Are you using the connection with the Ethernet cable or wifi?
Did you already try to reboot the modem?
Did is happening at the same time or in different time of the day /night?

For play use Ethernet plug.
Peak check virus or malware.

It would be necessary that you were connected directly with an RJ45 Ethernet cable to the router rather than using Wifi
Maybe ask Fizz to check your coaxial signals

Some router allows you to run ping command from it, so you can rule out if it is Wifi issue.

Same issue - the modem is at fault.
Reconfigure Fizz modem as a bridge and use your personal router.
