sms from Fizz asking to follow a procedure for network parameters configuration

Hi, I just received a SMS from FIZZ saying "Welcome to FIZZ! The Network parameters may need to be configured. You'll receive two notifications on your phone: make sure to install them, if a PIN is required, enter 1234. if you miss them, click here: http://bit.ly/APN-configuration" Is this another SCAM ?

They use to send that kind of message to configure the APN, if your internet is working you can skip it or you can configure manually
