Hi @SnowHouse In another post, a whizz suggested bringing it to a pharmacy with a post office, as they should accept it. However, you are probably better off contacting support.

If so, they will order postal workers back to their jobs next week. In order to see exactly when and how the modem will be delivered, you will need first to introduce your address into the system and check the availability.
From there, you will be able to select the installation type and also the date of when the modem will arrive to your place.
Depending the address, the delivery can be done with our technicians or by delivery company.
