Incoming Calls Not Working After Porting Number to Fizz

Yesterday I ported my phone number from another provider to Fizz, and everything seems to be working fine except for incoming calls. I can send and receive texts without any issues, mobile data is working fine and I can make outgoing calls without a problem.

However, when someone calls me, they get silence on the line - no ringing, and the call doesn’t go through. On my end, I have no missed call notifications and would have had no idea there was an issue if someone hadn't texted me to ask what the problem was.

I’ve already tried restarting my phone and toggling airplane mode on and off, but the issue persists.

Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions on how to fix this? I’d appreciate any help!

    Not sure what is happening but these days there are a lot of issues related to porting.

    @Whizz this can potentially turn off the new customers.

    Same thing happened to me and didn't get resolved for 2 days...but it's all activated now. So either wait a bit longer or contact support as others have said. Mine seemed to get fixed shortly after I made a post on here. I also came from the same provider, so I'm inclined to believe they are at least partially responsible for the delay. Probably getting swarmed by people switching due to the cancellation of prepaid.
