Problem with esim activation

I am using the iPhone 13pro which supports VoLTE (I have used this with other carrier). But I still cannot activate the fizz eSIM. Can anyone help me with that? 🥲🥲

    Fizz introduced the eSIM this day probably they have some little thing to tune up
