Fizz introduced the eSIM this day probably they have some little thing to tune up
Please contact the support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

My activation has been pending for two days even with a physical sim card. And I did got a ticket as soon as I can. Have you tried to chat with CS to get a ticket?0
