    Hello @elena code xzi4t,

    Thank you for the question.

It will start on December 1st. 😁

You will see it next to your name how many flames you have.
When it is activated it should look like this:

    image.png

You receive these for your activity.
You receive 1 joker for every series of 7 flames that you receive. You can have up to 3 jokers saved up.

Once it is active, you will be able to click on it and get more information.

Should there be any other questions, please leave them below.

    Have a good day!

    Hello @Oli 64JKA,

    Thank you for the question.

I want to inform you that the virtual rewards are badges you can earn based on the number of flames you have.

Once you reach certain levels, you will automatically receive a badge. Also, the more you can keep the streak going, the more badges you will receive.

If you have other questions, you can leave them below.

    Have a good one!

Go to your badges page and at the bottom you can see the new badges and points that you can receive.

Please have more people working in customer service and technical support. I have been stuck at activation pending for two days with a ticket.

You are absolutely right. If you read the date correctly, it is 2024

@Whizz maybe you should close this for comments. There was no activity for over a year.

Indeed. It does not make sense to comment a post from 2024.

Yes but you did it anyway.

It creates a kind of spam as it pushes down the more recent relevant questions.

It was an announcement from whizz.

Yeah I completely understand your point. it’s just weird to comment a post from 2 years ago

I am just trying to be helpful to the new users.

    For this post:

There were 2 questions which got answered by whizz.

No other questions since then (2024).

Where is the actual problem that you are referring to?.
