Regarding 60 min add-on on a iPhone SE

I referred my nephew and he has 60 min talk time as optional add-on. but now when I called him it immediately going to voice mail. why?

    Probably is not on the coverage zone or he used all the minutes

    As this situation is encountered only with your incoming calls, I kindly advise you to set up the time before the incoming calls are transferred to your voicemail.

    To do this, please dial this number: *61*+15146470999*11*30#. This will increase the time to 30 seconds before the call is redirected to the voicemail.

    Also, you can try to test the services using the 3G mode. 

    To activate 3G mode on your phone, follow these steps: settings> cellular> cellular data option> voice and data> and then choose 3G.

    Most likely he was in a area where the reception is weak I think. Cuz I ask if he ever called/talk with his phone. He told me that only a few time and he mostly text with family and l friends

    If the problem persist after he is in an area with coverage, he can check online to see how many minutes are remaining. Also, remember that the add-ons have a limited lifespan, which ends at the conclusion of the next billing cycle.
