Hi @Atutu
Here is the Fizz answer to this question from a previous post.

As this situation is encountered only with your incoming calls, I kindly advise you to set up the time before the incoming calls are transferred to your voicemail.
To do this, please dial this number: *61*+15146470999*11*30#. This will increase the time to 30 seconds before the call is redirected to the voicemail.
More details can be found here:
Also, you can try to test the services using the 3G mode.
To activate 3G mode on your phone, follow these steps: settings> cellular> cellular data option> voice and data> and then choose 3G.
If these manipulations do not help you, please contact our support team.
😊
I count on your kind understanding and cooperation!
Have a nice day!
Eugen

Most likely he was in a area where the reception is weak I think. Cuz I ask if he ever called/talk with his phone. He told me that only a few time and he mostly text with family and l friends0

If the problem persist after he is in an area with coverage, he can check online to see how many minutes are remaining. Also, remember that the add-ons have a limited lifespan, which ends at the conclusion of the next billing cycle.
