Pretty hard to find more versatile than that!

Yes it is realy versatile with options to opt out of text, call when building your plan.

The one big disadvantage is when you have a good plan that works today, you change for travel and later you can't get the previous package or you pay the price as they seem to hook on lower and switch later to more expensive. Or the particular plan is discontinued. Not that it is not expected, but a thing to keep in mind. It may be smarter to open a second account to use and dump after the trip…and gift the unused.

I'm impressed by the expansion. When I heard about it the service was available in Victoria, which is where my number is from, but not Courtney where my wife's number is from. I was all set to accept the fact that she wouldn't be able to switch, but within a month or two Courtney was added to the expansion list! Looking forward to seeing how the network continues to expand. Hopefully internet is on its way to BC soon!
