What is a seniority Day

So I'm trying to continue to increase my level in the Fizz forum, and it says that to reach the next level I need "1 Seniority day". What is a seniority day?

Fizz doesn't seem to make it very clear, but it looks like any day that you have an account open is a seniority day, as in, your account gets older. Then there's activity days, and those are any day that you're active on your account. I'd just wait a day and see if you achieve it! :)

Sometimes it doesn't register immediately that you've achieved something either.
