Unable to call other cell number

Hi,

For a while now I've been unable to call a different network number using the "Automatic" network selection under my phone's cellular configuration/settings. If I manually select one of the 3 available Fizz-EXT options it works. Does anyone have any ideas ?

    Did you try to add +1 before the phone number?

    Yup, added a 1 before, no go. We're both local area code numbers. Manually selection of Fizz-EXT it works, "automatic" network selection no dice.

    Try this if possible, ask people call you and click number on history for call. What is the message ?

    Check if number is locked on your favorite.

    Have you Iphone ?

    does this happen at only this location or everywhere? this sounds like it is a cellular signal issue. could be either your phone has a weaker antenna or at that particular location freedom tower is weaker than the ext signals. try calling outside/other location and switching to a different phone to verify where the issue is.
