If I port my number out of Fizz to voip.ms, then port my Freedom number to the same Fizz sim card

You will keep your referral code but unfortunatly you will lose your rewards. If you can I sudggest you buy an other sim card to port your number on your account then close the old one. Sim cards are in promo at 5$.

What you can do is to port your other phone number to Fizz, after that port out your current plan to another provider. This way you will not lose your rewards except refferal bonuses if you have any. Refferal bonuses are associated with the specific services (per phone number, Internet), and not with the plan as a whole.

If you unsubscribe and in your account you don't have an active plan you will losse the rewards, from the guide
If this plan is the only one you have with Fizz, unsubscribing means you will lose your My Rewards points as well as referral bonuses you may have earned during your time with us

Yes my mistake I edited my comment. If you cancel it you will lose your rewards. The best would be to buy a new sim card and port your number to fizz then you could cancel your old number without losing your rewards. Sim cards are in promo at 5$.
