Can't swap upgrades. How to do so?

I got a new 2$ rebate on my internet. I couldn't use the shake function and swap on two different browsers i tried. So i deactivated one 1$ rebate, thinking it would free the slot. But now it says i have to wait until next month for removal, and then i'll be able to apply the 2$ rebate, which will only be applied the next month after. Kind of complex for nothing. Support ain't helping, saying the techs can't help when this is clearly a simple database parameter. Any way to contact the tech support directly? They even acknowledge this is a well known situation, but they can't contact tech about this supposedly. It's already not worth the 2$ rebate at this point 🤦‍♂️

    Hi @anthonyl

    Sorry to let you know that you need to wait the next billing cycle since you deactivated the previous rebate, in order to swap the upgrade, this must be active, you need to click on the new rebate, when the old one is shaking you click on it, but now it is too late.

    You can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.
