Hi is there an issue with internet service in Montreal. All modem lights are lit up but I have no internet service since 2:00pm.

    We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your internet services from Fizz.

    After making the necessary verifications into our tools, we noticed that everything appears to be in order with your plan. The modem is active, signals are optimal and there is no maintenance work being done in your area.

    Are you still encountering issues with the connection? If yes, please verify the coaxial cable to be well screwed and not damaged in any way. 
    You can also restart the modem. To restart it, unplug it from the electrical socket for 10 seconds at least and then plug it back. 

    Wait a few minutes for it to be back online and then test the connection.
