The modem is active, signals are optimal and there is no maintenance work being done in your area.
Are you still encountering issues with the connection? If yes, please verify the coaxial cable to be well screwed and not damaged in any way.
You can also restart the modem. To restart it, unplug it from the electrical socket for 10 seconds at least and then plug it back.Wait a few minutes for it to be back online and then test the connection.
