I ordered a phone. On affirm website shows Fizz is still finalizing your order. How can I check it?

How can I check my order on Fizz website?

    Hello @Parham2210 ,

    I verified your account and it appears that you purchase attempt did not go further.
    On another note, when you manage to make a purchase, you also receive an e-mail in the next minutes to possibly cancel the order if you changed your mind and since you didn`t receive it, no order was placed in the first place.

    If you wish, you can try again but be sure that your delivery address matches the bank statement address as more details can be found here also : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/why-buy-phone-fizz

    I haven't received any email from fizz. I did all the steps on affirm website and I don't want to place another order and receive two phone!!


    I just need a phone number to call Fizz customer service.

    I can't work with forum.fizz.ca. It's not user friendly and straight.
