Are there any competent specialists in the FIZZ team???
When I log into my account, I see the site loading for a couple of seconds, then the page becomes blank.
If during these couple of seconds I manage to click any of the "Overview", "My Plans" buttons or the button with my account name, the page also becomes blank. But if I manage to click any other button or link, the page loads.
This only happens in my account. My wife has her own account and there are no such problems with it. I have tried all the recommendations: cleared cookies, used many different browsers, used different computers, smartphones, tried to log in on a clean Windows, in different cities, countries.
Is there a competent specialist who can help me? The first ticket was opened a year ago. The problem was not solved and was closed on the initiative of the FIZZ after two and a half months, the second ticket has been open for a month and a half, but I do not see any help except advice to clear cookies and requests to send screenshots of the empty page. I have been a client of the company for the sixth year already. Doesn't FIZZ value its clients???

The Fizz site is very random. I had a big problem the day before yesterday.
The best thing to do is to click on Log Out each time you visit the account's site. Clear the cache from time to time as well.

unfortunately fizz is great until you need technical support. on the forum are all users so you can only contact support and ask them for help.
