My son wants to add a PIN to his account for security (not voicemail PIN).
Can this be done?

Can you clarify? Do you mean in addition to the account sign page with email and pass code? Or to access the account just through app?

If you mean MFA/2FA, it's not yet implemented.
@Whizz said they are working on it.
When it will be implemented we (users) don't know.
