    Hi, close the phone and open it again. Check that the SIM card is in the correct position.

    Check in your Fizz account that everything is in order.

    Could you please switch your phone to airplane mode for a couple seconds, then switch it back to normal?
    After that, reinsert your Sim and restart the phone.
