Go to <Manage my plan> and see if <Wallet> option is available
If it's there, click on it if you see the following then very likely you can use it
If <Add fund> button is available then definitely you can.

According to the best answer from the above post from july 2024, people in Ontario have been able to add funds to fizz wallet for pay as you go.

I am in Toronto so I can't speak for ALL of Ontario, but wallet definitely works here.
