Unable to modify my mobile package

I tried to modify my monthly mobile traffic package in order to lower my monthly fee, but when selecting a smaller data traffic package, the page is completely unresponsive and I can't go to the next step, very bad design!

    Try to load the page in desktop mode, sometimes it work better!

    Does the price change when you adjust or you cant make any adjustment at all?

    Try using a desktop. The website seems more responsive to me on a desktop. Also try different browsers if you haven't already.

    Please clear your cookies & cache, then try again in an incognito window by accessing your Fizz account -> My plans -> Manage my plan -> Change my plan. Keep in mind that any change has to be done at least 5 days before the end of cycle date and it will take effect starting with the new payment cycle.
