you can change your plan any time at the exclusion of the 4.5 days before the next billing cycle

You can change your plan directly from your Fizz account.
To do that, you can access My plans- Manage plans-Change plan and your request will be applied at the starting of your next payment cycle.
Since the system is automatic, you can modify the plan at any moment from the payment cycle, excepting the last 4,5 days when there is a freeze period.
