Lost old phone (SIM from different provider), how do I activate new Fizz SIM card?
Hi, I lost my old phone with a different provider SIM card inside….. Got a new phone and switching to Fizz. Received SIM card today, but cant activate it and switch old number to new phone since I have to confirm by text (type YES) using my old SIM.
What do I do?

The best way would be to contact your old phone provider. They will probably get you to buy a new sim card and associate it with your account. Its the only way if you want to keep your old phone number.

Sorry but you need to activate the other provider SIM before be able to transfer the number to a different provider.

I had a quick look at the Koodo support site. It looks like you should log into your Koodo account and initiate a conversation there.
With any luck, they will be able to authorize the porting of your number to Fizz.

For switching the number to another provider you need to reply to a message saying that you agreed with the change.
