changed plans from 60/10 to 100/30 but download speed is the same

at least one billing cycle has passed, checked the speed today (after restarting modem and router), speed is still 60-65 down, but 30 up. what the heck?!?!

did you check if the speed changed with the ethernet? if that is still the same then contact support

Make sure that you test the speed while connected directly to the modem with an Ethernet cable.
If you do it that way and still don't get 100 download then you should contact support.

Guys, thanks for your answeres. It was my bad, I checked the internet speed from an extension of my network that is in the garage, and connects to the main network with a wireline ethernet. All is fine, thanks!
