What to do to make Fizz router compatible with fibre?

Hello, i received my Fizz router today and i found out it's not compatible with the fiber box that is installed on the wall by the previous tenants, what should i do now? I need the internet asap as i work from home

    Hi @Abdel18

    Fizz is using a coaxial cable, if fizz sent you the modem this means that previously therewas a coaxial cable on that habitation.

    Can you please check if you have a coaxial cable and connect it to the Fizz modem?
