That picture was from yesterday when I chatted with them when I tried to chat a new chat today it opens up the same page and I said hello I don't get a response how do I open up a new chat

You can just keep chatting on the same chat. Someone will answer eventually.
The wait time is the same.

Someone we'll chat with me eventually not even a cue? that's poor service that's one thing they have to inprove on this network service is their support chat
