To mark the return to routine that fall inevitably entails, Fizz will offer everyone free BIXI rides September 3, 4 and 5, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. for the morning commute, and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. to head back home.  

 

On Friday, September 6, free rides will be offered as well, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., but the evening time slot will be extended until 7:30 p.m. so Alouettes fans can make their way to the Percival-Molson stadium using active transportation to attend the game against the BC Lions.  

 

How to ride for free: 

A special one-way pass will be available in the application, as well as on the payment station terminals for users who don’t have a valid membership. This special one-way pass will allow you to forfeit the unlocking fee for the bike and enjoy the free 30-minute rides with a regular BIXI bike or the 15-minute rides with an electric BIXI.*

*Beyond these durations, the usual BIXI rates apply, those being: 

- Regular BIXI (30 min. and +): 20¢ / min. 

- Electric BIXI (15 min. and +): 35¢ / min. 

 

Displayed prices do not include taxes.
