Hello, I have a trouble activating my sim card. I have picked a number and fill in my card and billing address but I can't click "next".

Try to do it using private browser. If not check again if your address is the the Fizz area. If it's ok and still not working contact the support.

I have the same issue, I cannot activate my sim card and nobody answer me on chat. For three days now I have no service phone.0

Could you please clear your cookies & cache then try again in an incognito window? If you have the possibility, try again in a different browser or device too.
