What is the typical wait time to hear a response from a support ticket?

    I've tried contacting support (via website chat and Facebook Messenger). Been waiting over 30 minutes for any response that isn't a bot.

    I suppose the lacklustre support is why Fizz is so cheap. 😐️

    For some reason the website support doesn't even have a "you are XXXX in the queue" so I have no idea if I am wasting my time.

    Super disappointed in Fizz's support and most likely won't be moving my other two numbers over to it. 😕

    I’ve been waiting over an hour for ANY response from the support chat.
