Could you please make sure that the app is updated and that you are connected to internet? Also, deactivate the VPN if you are using one and if the issue persists, please reinstall the app and try again.
If after that the issue is not solved, contact us directly and we will gladly open a ticket to our technical team in order to investigate this further.

Are you using a VPN?
Is your iPhone on a Fizz plan?

If you use another provider, sometimes the IP is from Ontario. You have to turn off the phone for a while to get another IP from Quebec.
