Too late for referral code?

I set up an account already but don't have a SIM. Can I still use a referral code *after* the account set up.

The referral code must be used at the activation of the plan, therefore, if you never activated a plan on that account you are ok and remember to use a referral code at the activation

you have the opportunity to enter the referral code when you go to activate the sim once you receive it. after you paid for your plan, if you didn't use the referral code then it's too late

As you were informed by the other users, the referral code needs to be inserted in the activation process of your plan in order for you to be able to benefit from the bonus.
Since for the moment there is no active plan in your Fizz account, as soon as you will have your SIM card and start the activation process, you will see a section where the code needs to be included.
In case you wish to order the SIM card from the Fizz account, you can access My plans- Add a mobile plan- I don't have a SIM card and then follow the on-screen steps to order it.
