Why, every day i have almost daily internet disconnects?

Why when I had only 200 mb the connection speed was stable and I never had any problems, Not long time ago I`ve changed the tariff to 400 mb and since then there are constant daily disconnections. It is terribly annoying when I work I need a technician or specialist to check the cause. How to find a service when a specialist does a check?

    Me ! I have the same problem! And i talked with customer service already a hundreed times! Usually they do some manupulations with my modem but distantly !I can tell y nothing change since then. I contact them usually via Facebook massenger! be patiant because it tooks haph of day to talk with them!Good luck!
