The tech support hasn't answered me for an hour
I'm trying to contact an agent about sensitive plan info and I have asked Rob to connect me.
It's been an hour and there's been no responses. I am unable to close and re-open the chat nor is it telling me my spot in the queue. I need to speak to an agent asap.

I tried. It opened the chat, but there isn't any response and I can't close it to try again. I think something is bugged with the chat.

Next thing you can do is to close the chat window and start a new conversation with a new agent. Hope that helps
