Hello !
I rebooted many time my modem and I have no internet since this morning. I'm the only one ? Im using ethernet. At least i have unlimited data perk from my mobile plan to use as a Hotspot.

I live in montreal dt, the internet is disconnected since afternoon

Thank you for reaching out.
I just verified your modem's signals and noticed that the modem had some signals out of the norm, I also noticed that you reached out to us on the 13th as well and you were informed that maintenance was declared in your area.
The maintenance is now over, the modem is online, and the live signals are looking great. I would suggest testing the internet connection and contacting us privately using this FAQ if you experience any other issues with the internet service.
