Something new users may not be aware of is that there is a freeze period 4.5 days (108 hours) before the end of your payment cycle where no changes can be made to your plan.
To see how many days you have left:
Go in your account > My plans. Look below your monthly price and you will see the days remaining in your payment cycle.
Important to keep in mind as other mobile providers usually let you make changes immediately.
