Add a TV plan to basit Fizz TV
I When at to screen 2 :
Select the address that will be associated with your TV service.
i get the message :
According to our records, you're already enjoying our TV service at this address.
And it doesn't let me go further. - on both the android app and Win PC.
Any idea how to get past the address screen?

I go to the TV service page and I click on : Add channel
When at screen 2 : the message is: Select the address that will be associated with your TV service.
a POP up message come up : According to our records, you're already enjoying our TV service at this address.
And it doesn't let me go further. - Both on Android app and Win PC.

Thank you for your post.After making the necessary verification into our tools, we noticed that you are already having an active Fizz TV plan therefore this is why you are having that error message.
In accordance with the details visible here:
only one TV plan is allowed per account.
