    Hi @Haoy

Sorry, it is not certified therefore it does not work for VoLTE calls with Fizz, nor will it work for WiFi calls if they were available.

You can find the list of phones here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices

Phones certified with Fizz are guaranteed to work on the network but OnePlus phones aren't tested.

If your phone was bought in Canada and was manufactured in the last 5 years there is a good chance it is compatible.

The only way to know is to try it yourself and see if the option for VoLTE is turned on/off and double check it in your account settings > my phones.

Wi-Fi calling is not offered by Fizz currently but the official response is it is coming but there is no ETA/timeline for when it will come.

Most mobile providers have a list of VoLTE-compatible phones. If a phone is not on this list, it may not have the capability to use VoLTE, as the provider controls the provisioning of mobile services. Furthermore, using a non-VoLTE phone will result in lower call quality compared to VoLTE, which can lead to dissatisfaction. Additionally, some providers are planning to phase out 3G networks as early as March 2025 (source: MobileSyrup). Which means no more voicecall without 3G and VoLTE certified phone.

There are software solutions that seem to work with specific hardware to mimic the VoLTE configuration. However, these modifications may or may not work reliably, and their effectiveness can vary over time.
