When is Wifi calling coming to Fizz

From someone who doesn't always have great coverage, but often has good wifi connectivity, is there any word as to if/when Fizz will be getting wifi calling as a feature? My phone supports it, but the option is greyed out because it hasn't been enabled by the provider.

    There are no official announcements from Fizz on whether if and when this service will be offered.

    Nothing was annonced by Fizz we can only hope they add somedays

    The official response is that it's coming but no timeline for when it will be available.

    Videotron came out with Wi-Fi calling in 2018 and 7 months later they started beta testing for Fizz.

    The sister brands Freedom and Videotron both offer Wi-Fi calling but it should be noted that Freedom was offering Wi-Fi calling before the Quebecor acquisition.

    Fizz is the flanker brand from Videotron and is seen as more budget oriented compared to Freedom and Videotron so we might not see it for a while.
